Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using Canada Post Lettermail. This is an untracked letter mail, to keep shipping costs as low as possible for everyone. Delivery times vary from 3 business days to 20 business days, depending on destination. Orders are shipped from Canada. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theguelphpoet@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
