Writing from the Shadow Self Workshop

Your shadow self can and will show up in your writing in a myriad of different ways. The question is, how to honor and respect it, while using it to create impactful poems. This workshop is for anyone excited and eager to explore the shadow self and write some truly transformative poetry from this sacred space.

Nervous too? That's totally okay. We are a small group and sharing your work is always optional.

  • How yours can and will show up in your writing
  • How to honor the shadow self and write transformative poetry from this sacred place
• 15 min guided writing time with prompts
• 15 min sharing time (optional!)

You’ll also go home with a pdf of my Fall Writing Prompts and a pdf copy of the lesson with additional resources on shadow self poetry.

All levels of writers welcome—if you’ve never written a poem before or if you have been writing for lifetimes <3
